Linda Lou Creech (Pontius)
Linda Lou Creech went to be with Jesus on February 11th, 2017, at the age of 68, after an extended battle with cancer. She was surrounded by her family as she passed from this world to the next. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Linda was born on March 29, 1948, in Mishawaka, IN, to Lawrence and Darlene (Seiders) Pontius. On July 16, 1966, Linda married Charles Creech. He survives. She was a member of New Life Church in Osceola and the American Legion Auxillary, Post 0189, Walkerton since 1958. Linda is survived by her husband, Charles Creech, Osceola; children, Rodney E. (Danita) Creech and Michael T. (Donna) Creech, both of Osceola; six grandchildren, Diedri Mastagh, Skylar, Laney, Parker, Kylie and Cassie Creech; and a sister, Diane (Bill) Relos of Plymouth. Visitation will be Tuesday, February 14, 2017 from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. with the funeral following at 8:00 p.m. at the New Life Church, 11593 McKinley Highway East, Osceola, IN 46561 with Dr. Rev. Michael Cramer officiating. Burial will follow on Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. in the Woodlawn Cemetery in Walkerton. The family will be leaving Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 10776 McKinley Highway, Osceola, IN 46561 at 9:00 a.m. to travel to the cemetery.
