Warren L. Bradley
Warren L. Bradley, 87, of Osceola, left for Heaven on Monday February 13, 2017, passing over in a peaceful sleep. The South Bend native was born December 12, 1929 to Clarence A. & Florence (Walters) Bradley. Warren graduated from Mishawaka High School and on September 2, 1950 he married Carolyn Gorski (Bradley) in Bethel Brethren Church in Osceola. Carolyn preceded him in death on November 30, 2004 after 54 years of marriage. He served in the US Army during the Korean War and worked for most of his life in the community as a Union Carpenter and was a member of Elkhart Grace Brethren Church for many years. Warren always had a song in his heart, loved to play the accordion and was a great encourager of others. In addition to parents and his wife, Warren was also preceded in death by two brothers, Lloyd R. & Roland A. Bradley. Survivors include his daughters, Carolyn L. (John) Butterbaugh of Stedman NC, Rosalie K. (Daniel) Mack of Indianapolis and Elisabeth D. (Madison) Knight of South Bend; his brother, Amos L. (Stella) Bradley of Osceola; 9 grandchildren and their spouses, and one great-grandchild. Funeral Services 11:00 Saturday February 18, 2017 in Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 10776 McKinley Hwy. with calling one hour prior to services. Calling also on Friday from 6-8pm in the funeral home. Burial in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
