Susan L. (Jump) Fusaro, 48 of Elkhart, died Wednesday January 3, 2018 at Elkhart General Hospital. The Elkhart native was born February 22, 1969 and was lovingly adopted by her parents, Hosea L. & Jeanette (Sheler) Jump, when she was 6 weeks old. Susan graduated from Concord High School with the Class of ’87. Susan was an Indianapolis Colts fan, enjoyed crochet & reading, and loved all things Harley-Davidson. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Floy (Shelton) Jump & Hosea W. Jump, George O. Sheler & Elease (Houck) Sheler; her aunts & uncles, Jean A. Sheler, Barbara (Jump) Collins, Hautie (Shelton) Cockrel, Clara (Shelton) Hausman, Cledith “Ted” Jump, George, Charles & Thomas Shelton and her fiancé, Robert M. Rivers. In addition to her parents, Susan is also survived by her sons, Jordan Rivers and Jeffery (Fusaro) Kollar, both of Elkhart; her sister, Lisa (Todd) Klosowski of Mishawaka; her half brother, William C. Folden III of Perris CA; nieces, Leah & Ryan Klosowski of Mishawaka; her aunt, Flora (Harold) Rose of Elkhart; uncle, Jim (Carol) Sheler in Texas; her former husband, Jeff Fusaro of Elkhart; her birth-mother, Janice Huffman of Perris CA and several cousins. Funeral Services 2:00 Monday January 8, 2018 in Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 10776 McKinley Hwy, where friends may call Monday from 1-2pm. Private interment in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
